The bidder shall assist Ocean Leadership in analyzing project needs relative to technical specifications and Requests for Proposals (RFP) production as described in the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) primary project scope documents, schedules and contracts. Additionally:
- Provide written information, lists, reports, proposals and schedules to support management of the specification and RFP development needs of the project, including the procurement activities related to corresponding proposals, procurement strategies, processes, and process management related to the OOI sensors/instruments and subsystems, including participation in the source selection process, through the proposal evaluation and award phases of procurement
- Analyses of project needs and strategy for procurement of approximately 49 sensor/instrument types as coordinated with OL/OOI, including documentation
