Request for Information (RFI) – Heavy Lift Spoolers, OOI – CLOSED

Oregon State University, with funding from the National Science Foundation, is seeking contractors to provide information relating to Heavy Lift Spoolers (marine winch). This spooler will be used to support the research and field operations of the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI).

The purpose of this RFI is to gather as much information on industry and product offerings as possible in support a potential future RFP.
