WHOI with funding from the National Science Foundation (NSF), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing Direct Flux Covariance Sensor Instruments and related services to support the objective of the OOI.

This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to solicit comments and information from potential providers of a Dissolved-Gas Mass Spectrometer Instrument (MASSP).
